How fast do you process orders?
All orders received before 14:00 GMT Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
UK orders qualify for FREE Delivery.
Where is my order being shipped from?
All orders are processed and dispatched from our central hub, based in London, UK.
When will I receive my order?
In the UK, we send all orders Second Class. Orders to Europe and the Rest of the World are sent International Standard.
Depending on your location. In the UK, you should receive your order within 2 – 3 working days (Except for Bank Holidays).
Delivery to Europe and the Rest of the World, you should receive your order in 6 – 7 working days (Except for Public Holidays).

Week Days:
Orders placed before 14:00 on a weekday, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day.
Weekends and Bank Holidays:
Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday, will be dispatched ready for the first collection on the next working day.
