2. Products
We sell guitar headstock waterslide decals and related products.
Product descriptions, images, dimensions and colours are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to printing processes, screen settings and manufacturing tolerances.
3. Custom and Personalised Products
Many of our products are custom-made to customer specifications.
Custom products include:
Personalised text decals
Custom logos
Customer-supplied artwork
Modified designs requested by the customer
Customers are responsible for checking all spelling, dimensions, artwork and proofs before approving production.
Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot usually be changed or cancelled.
4. Customer Artwork and Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, logos, trademarks or other materials, you confirm that:
You own the rights to the material or have permission to use it.
The material does not infringe any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
Production of the material will not violate any applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse any order where we reasonably believe that producing the requested decal may infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party.
We are not responsible for verifying ownership of customer-submitted artwork and accept no liability arising from unauthorised use of intellectual property supplied by customers.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, costs, damages or legal expenses arising from materials you provide.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be changed at any time prior to an order being accepted.
Payment must be made in full before production or dispatch.
We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.
6. Order Acceptance
An order is not accepted until we send confirmation that it has been approved and entered into production or prepared for dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:
Payment cannot be authorised.
Product information contains an error.
The order appears fraudulent.
The requested design may infringe intellectual property rights.
The order breaches these Terms.
Where payment has already been taken, a full refund will be provided if the order is cancelled before production.
7. Delivery
Delivery times displayed on the website are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
Royal Mail or courier services
Customs inspections
Industrial action
Severe weather
Events outside our reasonable control
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Ownership of goods transfers once payment has been received in full.
8. Consumer Cancellation Rights
Standard Products
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers generally have the right to cancel orders for standard, non-customised products within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the cancellation period.
Returned products must be unused and in their original condition.
Unless the goods are faulty, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Personalised and Custom Products
Under Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.
Accordingly, custom-made and personalised waterslide decals cannot be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind.
9. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as provided by law.
Any issue should be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Photographic evidence may be requested.
10. Decal Application
Waterslide decals require careful application and finishing.
We cannot guarantee results where issues arise from:
Incorrect application
Improper surface preparation
Incompatible paints or lacquers
Clear coat reactions
Sanding or finishing errors
Environmental conditions during application
Application guidance is provided for information only.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law
Subject to the above, our total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant order.
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit, business interruption or loss of opportunity.
12. Website Use
You agree not to:
Use the website unlawfully.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Upload malicious software.
Interfere with the operation of the website.
We reserve the right to restrict access where these Terms are breached.
